First of all you need to choose your location from one of the thousand we have available, including serviced offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Leeds.
As you will see within each city there is a range of price options dictated by location, quality, and the range of additional services you need. These are split into three general categories, Low Cost serviced offices, Professional serviced offices and Prestigious serviced offices.
So once you’ve chosen your serviced office location, the size of office space you require and any additional services you need, you will be given a contract to sign stating how long you want the office space for. This could be anything from a few weeks to 12 months or more, depending on your personal needs. At this stage you may also be asked to provide the names of two referees for standard checking purposes.
After signing the contract for your chosen serviced office, you’ll simply need to pay your deposit and then move in. Your serviced office space will be fully equipped with tables, chairs, workstations, Internet access, telephone lines, kitchen facilities, and a reception area, so you won’t need to bring much with you to get started!
In addition to all this your serviced office rent, which you will pay on a monthly basis for the duration of your contract, includes the cost of cleaning services, building maintenance, business rates, lighting, power, and security.
